Our BSc (Hons) Computing at our Berlin campus in Germany covers in-demand skills in areas such as data analysis, cloud computing, cybersecurity, object-oriented programming (Java), and website coding and authoring (HTML, CSS). The course is unique in that it offers you two career pathways to choose from. Students who want to focus on technical opportunities can gain an in-depth understanding of subjects in this area. If you decide to opt for a career in IT management, you can study modules giving you combined skills in technical know-how and management strategy.
We also offer this degree with an additional foundation year for students who would like extra support before starting the full degree course.
Modules
BSc (Hons) Computing with Foundation Year
Your modules take a hands-on approach to provide you with transferable real-world skills for your future. You’ll have the opportunity to master coding, database and web document creation, data analysis, cloud computing, IT project management, systems analysis soft skills, and more.
In levels 4 and 5, you’ll study the required ‘core’ modules and choose 2 ‘elective’ modules from either the technical or managerial pathway. This allows you to select specialised modules that align with your career ambitions.
