Modules

MSc Project Management

Our project management degree will provide you with the knowledge and confidence required to execute large scale global projects. You’ll become a forward-thinking project manager who understands the importance of data metrics in project analysis and future planning. Each of our postgraduate level modules are informed by professional and academic expertise, helping you to become better equipped to lead and manage high-level projects.

You will also undertake assessments which are designed to help you demonstrate your strengths in a number of ways. A variety of methods are used, including reports, presentations, research proposals, as well as a dissertation or journal article. *The order and availability of the optional modules within each level may vary depending on intake and subject to demand.

Dual accreditation in project management

Arden University is the only UK University currently offering a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership on an MSc Project Management degree*. This means that in addition to your master's degree you'll be automatically granted Foundation Chartered Manager Status, plus earn a CMI Level 7 Diploma, which can cost £2,000 when completed independently. Upon graduation, you will be automatically awarded the CMI Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) status. This professional status recognises that you have the foundation skills needed to be an effective manager, helping you to stand out from the competition and start your management career journey - with a clear pathway to achieving full Chartered Manager status

This course is also accredited by the Chartered Association of Project Management (APM), which means you'll also graduate with a certificate that recognises your knowledge in both academic and professional circles. The APM is also your gateway to discovering further training opportunities in project management, as well as networking and employment opportunities.
